LAFAN Creu empowers businesses and public sector bodies across Wales with marketing services tailored to their specific needs.
We’re a bilingual marketing and communications consultancy based across Wales. We’ve been working with SMEs, public sector bodies, third sector organisations pan-Wales since 2018, when Lafan started up. In 2024 we merged with Marketshed and became Lafan Creu.
What that means in practice is that we help organisations work out what they want to say, who they’re saying it to, and how to say it well, bilingually, across every channel that matters.
Wales has its own media landscape, its own language, its own communities and culture. Marketing that’s built elsewhere and dropped in rarely performs the way it should. We work here, for organisations here, and we’re shaped by that.
Sometimes a client arrives with a specific brief; a campaign, a rebrand, a communications strategy. More often, they arrive with a problem: something isn’t working, an opportunity is being missed, or they know they need to do more with their marketing but aren’t quite sure where to start.
Increasingly, organisations come to us after trying to recruit. They write the job description, they interview the candidates, and then they realise that what they’ve described doesn’t exist as one person. They need a team; a strategist, a copywriter, a content creator, someone who understands digital channels, someone who can measure results and report back meaningfully. We’re that team giving organisations access to a full team without the cost of a full time member of staff.

Most of our clients work with us on a retainer basis, a consistent monthly relationship that gives you access to the full team. Strategists, writers, designers, video, web, PR. You get the depth of a specialist agency without building a full in house department. And because we’re working with you over time, we come to understand your organisation properly and build a meaningful relationship with you to allow for great, efficient work.

Control up to 3 platforms.
Installation, content creation, and basic engagement. Minimum of 3 posts per week on each platform.

Design and send bi-weekly newsletters to your email list using a template.

Basic keyword research, on-page SEO, and meta tag optimisation for up to 5 pages.

Create 1 blog article per month to drive SEO, engagement and traffic.

Regular email marketing campaigns
(at least 2 campaigns/month), including automation and analytics.

Monthly SEO optimisation and updates to improve website speed, user experience and website performance.
Content and Blogging
Create 3 blog articles per month to drive SEO, engagement and traffic.

Ongoing management and optimisation of pay per click campaigns to drive sales/enquiries.
