At Lafan, we are looking for a Senior Project Officer to join our growing team — a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality projects across Wales.

The role will suit someone organised, energetic and creative, with strong skills in Welsh and English, experience in project management, and a desire to support a better future for our rural communities.

3. Our next step after the closing date will be to meet and interview a shortlist of candidates. This is likely to be the week beginning 23/2/26. Our aim is to make an appointment by the end of February, 2026.
