Lafan Creu is our friendly and enthusiastic marketing and communication department - how about joining us?
The Content Creator will play a key role in capturing and conveying visual stories that showcase the work, people, and locations of our clients across Wales.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality video and photographic content for social media, websites, and wider marketing campaigns, ensuring that each piece of content reflects the brand and energy of each client.
This role involves planning, shooting, editing, and delivering creative content that engages and inspires audiences. We are looking for someone who is creative, organised, and confident, comfortable working on location, and able to communicate effectively in both Welsh and English.
This is a part-time, permanent position suitable for someone with strong photography and videography skills and experience or enthusiasm in areas such as social media, email marketing, web content, the media, and more.
Our work is incredibly varied, from collaborating with engineering firms to building campaigns for leading Welsh food & drink brands, we work across a rich mix of sectors and communities.

HOW TO APPLY?

Email a copy of your CV (2 pages maximum) together with an example of work/campaign/content you have completed in the last 12 months and the impact/result it had, together with a covering letter (500 word at most) stating why you would like to be considered for this position, to Beth Woodhouse and Heulwen Williams
2. The closing date is midnight Sunday 30th November 2025.
3. Applications are welcome in Cymraeg or English.
4. Our next step after the closing date will be to meet and interview a short list of candidates.
5. During the interviews, we will ask candidates to use up to 5 minutes present a task that will be outlined ahead of the interview.
