Stepping into Heulwen’s world at Lafan…

In 2022, I embarked on an exhilarating adventure as a Co-ordinator and Event Organiser at Lafan, and it's been an incredible journey ever since!

With years of office management under my belt, I was well-prepared to dive into the dynamic world of Lafan. From administrative tasks to organisational experience, my background laid the perfect foundation for the challenges ahead.

Since joining the Lafan family, I've had the privilege of working on a myriad of fascinating projects alongside our brilliant consultants. From supporting community regeneration initiatives to facilitating meetings within the Dyfodol Digidol program, every project has been a testament to Lafan's commitment to making a difference.

Balancing work and family life has never been easier thanks to Lafan's flexible schedule. Three days a week, I'm able to seamlessly blend my professional endeavours with the tranquility of home life on the Llyn Peninsula. As I sit at my home office desk, framed by the breathtaking views of Garn Fadryn and the serene Llyn countryside, I'm reminded of the beauty that surrounds me.

Monday mornings at MSparc kickstart my week. Our team meetings are a hub of creativity and collaboration, setting the tone for the days ahead. Together, we tackle challenges, explore new opportunities, and chart the course for success.

Tuesdays are a whirlwind of activity, filled with emails, event planning, and client meetings. From booking venues to coordinating appointments, every moment is dedicated to ensuring our projects run seamlessly. And before I know it, the clock strikes 5:30 pm.

Thursdays are all about tying up loose ends and preparing for the week ahead. As I dot the i's and cross the t's, I'm reminded of the incredible journey we're on at Lafan. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth, and together, we can make it happen!
